We are modifying our Shrimp & Grits recipe for those not interested in pork or seafood.  The Chicken will get pan fried,  and then a flavorful sauce will be made from the same pan with vegetables and a cajun seasoning, all served over our creamy grits.  

We also are featuring a Southern Strawberry Salad with Pell Farms Strawberries.  You may think all strawberries taste alike, until you try Pell's. Roger Pell is the third generation owner/operator Pell Farms, which has been operating since 1930. We get them in the day after picking, after being field-ripened then cooled for the truck ride to us. You can smell the sun-warmed, intense berry aroma emanating from each strawberry. The Southern Strawberry Salad will be served with a Pepper-Jelly Vinaigrette, Toasted Pecans, and Baby Greens.  We also will make them available for purchase plain.
