We are taking you to the Low Country of South Carolina for some classic comfort food – Shrimp and Grits. We use a wonderfully seasoned Andouille sausage as the base for the dish, along with veal stock to provide additional depth of flavor. The freshly ground yellow grits provide a smooth, creamy finish. Since the sausage is mildly spicy, we also will be offering a kid’s meal of chicken breast, mac n’ cheese, and baby carrots.
