There is no more quintessential British Pub Grub than the Steak & Ale pie. We will cook the Grass-Fed Chuck roast Sous Vide to ensure a tender and succulent meat, enabling the dish to be prepared in less than 30 min. The Steak and Ale sauce will go into either an 8-in casserole or two oven proof bowls, covered with puff pastry and baked for 20 min.
We also will be including Mushrooms, Carrots and English Peas so everyone gets their vegetables. The vegetables can be served on the side, if preferred. And, for those true Brits among you, we will be offering a Steak & Kidney pie as well.
