Meal Description
We will cook the chickenSous Vide, while reserving the carcass for the Veloute. The veggies will include a Mirepoix, Parsley Root, Jerusalem Artichokes, and any other seasonal goodies that we may add if they look appetizing. It will take 5 min. to assemble all the ingredients and will be baked in the oven under a sheet of puff pastry for about 20 minutes. We will be adding Fresh Black Burgundy Truffles to the Bechamel Sauce to add an elevated twist to this rustic dish. C’est Voila, Chicken Pot Pie in about 30 minutes.
