You may remember we served our Sous Vide Wild Boar Ragù over Non-GMO White Stone Ground Grits at the Carpenter’s Shelter’s Cook-off.  Well, we did for a simple reason….this is a very easy dish to serve to large crowds over a several hour period.  The wild boar in the Ragu will not dry out, and the Grits just get creamier and creamier as time goes on.  Our Wild Boar comes from Texas and are truly wild, as they are hunted and then processed in USDA facilities.  The meat is delicious and tender with a slight hint of gameness.

The Ragù will simply need to be reheated, while the grits will take 10-30 min. depending on how many servings are being made.  The default meal kit will serve 6, but can be increased to serve 24, or customized.
