Meal Description
Note: This meal kit will be delivered Friday, May 27th and the order deadline is Tuesday, May 24th at 5pm.

We have two offerings for
large crowds for Memorial Day Weekend, both for large crowds prepared Sous
Vide. We will be offering a Bone-In
Boston Duroc Pork Butt (hehe….it is actually the shoulder). This will need to be reheated for 30-45 min. on
the grill or the oven, then the meat is pulled and mixed with BBQ sauce and it
is ready to go. We will offer coleslaw
for the pulled pork, along with a Pesto Potato Salad and Grilled Corn.
We are offering a side
salad of Asparagus with Gremolata (Parsley, Lemon Zest, & Garlic), which is
somewhat a play on the classic Green Bean picnic salad. Well, Asparagus is in season and green beans
are not….so there you have it.
